Please note:
• Prices listed are for standard turnover cleanings only.
• If the unit has never been professionally cleaned or has not been cleaned in
over 30 days, a deep cleaning will be required at an additional charge.
• If we arrive and the condition of the unit is significantly worse than expected
(heavy buildup, stains, clutter, garbage, etc.), a deep cleaning surcharge may be applied.
• Last-minute bookings may be possible, but advance scheduling is strongly
recommended to ensure availability.
